# Fight Fit — kickbox, box and fitness gym in Herăstrău

> Fight Fit is a martial arts and fitness gym in Herăstrău-Aviației, Bucharest, Sector 1, in the WIN Herăstrău building (Intrarea Gliei no. 18). We train kickbox for adults and kids, box, fitness, and offer recovery with a dry sauna and massage. The head coach is Cristian „Polo” Spetcu, an FFK kickbox world champion. The first session is free.

## About
Fight Fit is where you learn to strike properly, build real conditioning and gain confidence. The gym combines performance kickbox, box, a full fitness area, and recovery services, all in one place, in northern Bucharest. There are no long-term contracts — you train as much as you want, however you want, in a group, 1:1, or on your own.

## Disciplines

### Kickbox
Group classes for adults, Monday-Friday at 19:00 and 20:00 and Saturday at 11:00, for beginners and advanced alike: striking technique, bag work, footwork and controlled sparring, in the FFK ring. Kickbox groups for kids (ages 6-10), focused on coordination, discipline and the fundamentals, in a safe setting. Individual (1:1) sessions with Cristian „Polo” Spetcu or Bogdan Niculae, with a program built around your goal.

### Box
Box training and punching technique — guard, footwork, combinations and bag work — in 1:1 sessions with Bogdan Niculae, who trained in box at CS Dinamo.

### Fitness
A full strength, cardio and functional gym: free weights, machines and racks, with new equipment. Train on your own or with a personal trainer who builds your program and gives you weekly feedback. The fitness membership includes 4 sauna sessions per month.

### Recovery
Dry sauna for muscle relaxation and therapeutic massage on the areas that need it. These can be booked separately, per session or by subscription, even if you are not a gym member.

## Coaches
- Cristian „Polo” Spetcu — head coach, FFK kickbox world champion. Teaches kickbox for adults and kids, in a group or 1:1.
- Bogdan Niculae — fitness and box coach, with over 15 years of experience and a background in box and taekwondo at CS Dinamo. Runs kickbox classes, box training and personal training.

- Fitness membership: 400 / month (includes 4 sauna sessions). Or a single day: 250 (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00).
- Adult kickbox membership: 790 / month, unlimited classes. Or 8 sessions a month: 500.
- Kids kickbox membership (ages 6-10): 500 / month, 8 sessions.
- Full Access (fitness + kickbox): 800 / month.
- Kickbox 1:1 with Cristi: 300 / session · 1800 / 8 sessions.
- Kickbox / box 1:1 with Bogdan: 200 / session · 1200 / 8 sessions.
- Fitness personal training, with Cristi or Bogdan: 200 / session · 1200 / 8 sessions.
- Dry sauna: 40 / session · 250 / monthly membership (8 sessions).
- Therapeutic massage: 300 / session · 1000 / 4 sessions.

## Schedule
- Fitness gym: Monday-Friday 08:00-22:00, Saturday 08:00-16:00, Sunday closed.
- Adult kickbox classes: Monday-Friday at 19:00 and 20:00, Saturday at 11:00.
- Kids kickbox (ages 6-10): Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 17:00.
- Individual (1:1) kickbox, box or fitness sessions can be booked any day, on request.
